I haven’t worn lipstick for ages, I’ve become much more of a tinted lip balm kind of a girl it’s a lot more low maintenance and you don’t have to worry about your lipstick coming off on coffee cups, wine glasses or your partners face but, when the occasion calls for lipstick then I always pick one of the MDMflow Liquid Lipsticks. They are highly pigmented, apply easily with no patches and really do stay all day, even when I’ve had a cheeky slice of pizza!

New Nude is the perfect 90’s nude shade, it’s my go to for evening looks, it pairs great with a smokey eye. It definitely has a brown undertone to it which I love as it works well with my paler skin tone. It dries to a lovely velvet matte look without drying your lips out to the point of a desert! You can pop a balm over these if you prefer a shinier finish it just takes the longevity down a little bit.

Retro is a much brighter shade, more of a fuchsia with a slight raspberry tone which again suits my fairer skin but I think would look beautiful on darker skin tones as well, perfect for the spring/summer months. As someone who doesn’t feel comfortable in bright lip colours this is a great in between. I prefer this paired with simple make up as I think it would feel a little bit too much with a smokey eye.
