If you’re looking for a medium coverage, lightweight foundation then this is the one for you.
Nip + Fab Foundation in 05 – £12.95
Ever since going cruelty free I have struggled to find a good foundations that don’t cost the earth so when I stumbled across the Nip + Fab Foundation under £15 I thought it was too good to be true! I picked the lightest shade 05 and although it is described as being good for ‘warm olive shades with a yellow undertone’ this works perfectly on my porcelain neutral undertone – the shade range is nowhere near as big as Illamasqua etc. but they also sell a mixer shade so you can colour match precisely.
The formula is a lightweight liquid with has a medium coverage, blends easily and has a natural matte finish. It doesn’t oxidise on the skin which is perfect for pale girls like me and the bottle is perfect for travel. As more of a dry skin sufferer I was worried about it going patchy or looking cakey but this doesn’t happen although I don’t tend to do a full face with this, instead on more natural days I buff with a Real Techniques Expert Face Brush onto the redder areas of my face; just underneath my cheek bones down onto my jaw line.
Have you tried the Nip + Fab Foundation?
Not heard of this brand before, and I’m so glad they’re cruelty-free! Will definitely be trying them out. Will browse through their website right after this. Thank you! x
