Barry M Mist & Fix Dewy Finish – £4.99
Much like primer I was a little dubious as to whether fixing sprays where actually worth using, however I recently had a client who wanted one for a wedding so I picked up this Barry M one to test out.
Did my make up last longer? Yes it did. Did it make my skin look dewy for the whole day? No. Now I didn’t spray my face again after the first application which may be why it didn’t stay dewy but I never touch up my make up once it’s on because I am lazy and for the most part don’t have too. It claims to be city proof too with active ingredients that protect your skin from dirt and pollution, I have no idea if these claims are true but if they are that’s perfect for a London girl like me.
I was pleasantly surprised by the fixing spray although I don’t understand how it works and would definitely re-purchase it in the future. It’s non sticky, easy to use and it doesn’t clog your pores, plus it won’t break the bank.
