A very swift visit to the beautiful city of Oxford.
The mother and I took a flying visit to Oxford to visit some friends so I thought I would share some snaps with you.
We started off by just walking past some of the colleges including the gorgeous Christ Church College, it was a little like walking by Hogwarts and I immediately wished we had longer to properly snoop around!
We stopped at Cafe Loco for a spot of lunch and a huge catch up! What better way to gossip aboutย all the news than with a mug of tea and a goats cheese bagel.
Now we all know how much time I spend at Kew Gardens so when I found out there was a botanical gardens we hot footed it over to spend the afternoon.
Glass houses full of teeny tiny oranges and giant lemons.
You step out from the humidity into gorgeous landscaped gardens.
One thing that I love about Oxford is the amount of Alice in Wonderlandย referencesย they have dotted around the city. Lewis Carrol wrote the book whilst working at the university so there are little bits of Wonderland everywhere you look!
