Back to one of my favourite places for a Galentines date.
The Mr had to work on Valentines Day and seeing as we aren’t the biggest fans of it anyway I took my other favourite person to my other favourite place.
My mum to Brighton.
We mooched in and out of the lanes, making some furry friends along the way before our rumbling stomachs led us to Sugardough.
Brighton is full of amazing cafe’s, tearooms and restaurants but Sugardough is top of my list if you’re looking for a decent cup of tea!
It’s not just a bakery it has an amazing brunch menu, I could have ordered everything but we both went for the Croque Madame and a pot of Plymouth Tea.
Ham hock and strong Red Leicester cheese toasted with mustard and topped with a fried egg. Absoloutley divine, not the healthiest lunch but totally worth it!
We rolled ourselves out the door and down to the seafront to walk off some of our delicious lunch.
We joined the crowds of friends, partners and families on the shore as the sun started to set and the waves crashed in.

Full of sea air and good food we headed back home to London.
Aw! I miss Brighton sooo much and your Galentine’s Day was awesome!
Thank you 🙂 x
