Going Cruelty Free

P1260182

2016 is the year to become cruelty free…

Back in October I made the decision that I only wanted to buy and use Cruelty Free make-up, skin care and hair care products. However I didn’t want to waste all the products I had already bought so I gave myself till the New Year to use up as much as possible.

January starts tomorrow so it was time to discard any products that weren’t cruelty free and start afresh with some of my make up collection. Starting from tomorrow I will only be wearing and featuring on my blog products from companies who don’t test on animals.

Now I know that this could cause some controversy and I don’t intend on shoving my beliefs down anyones throat or posting any gruesome pictures of distressed rabbits I just wanted everyone to know why certain companies will no longer be featured on my blog. Hopefully soon there will be no testing on any animals and china will change there testing laws.

If anyone has any recommendations for cruelty free products let me know in the comments!

Peace Out and Pixie Dust XO

  1. Congrats on your choice! My favourite cruelty free brands are Body Shop, Lush, Urban Decay, NYX, Tarte and Amika. But there are so many more out there!

  2. Well done for going cruelty free 🙂 I decided to do it last year too. It’s a lot easier than you think x
