Trying out the midi skirt.
At the weekend my cousin and her husband celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary, the perfect excuse to get all their family and friends together for some bubbles and a slice of cake.

Being on the petite side I tend to stay away from the midi length as it makes my actually quite long legs quite stubby however I fell in love with this skirt from Miss Selfridge – it’s part of a 2 piece which I can’t wait to whip out – and it doesn’t cut me off too badly. I paired it with my leather jacket so it wasn’t too ‘girly’ and this simple white cami so I could let the skirt do all the talking.
