Because pancakes are always are a good idea.
I was in desperate need of some girl time and since nearly all of them are back from their current travels we arranged a last minute catch up over our favourite thing, food.
Jeans – ASOS|Top – H&M (similar)|Jacket – Brandy Melville (similar)|Shoes – New Look (similar)|Glasses – Max&Co via Specsavers.
I know I keep wearing the same pair of jeans but they are so comfortable and hug in all the right places. I’m a little bit curvier than I used to be but I am finally starting to embrace that side of me and these jeans make my curves look fabulous and seriously boost my confidence.
We headed to Limeyard in Ealing for food, giggles and a good catch up.
If you find yourself at Limeyard make sure you get the Grilled Avocado with Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream and Tortilla Chips. It’s the perfect mix of flavours and textures and goes perfectly with a chilled glass of White Sangria.
For main course I went for the Limeyard Super Salad; crunchy lettuce, wholesome quiona mixed with avocado hummus and topped with juicy buttermilk chicken.
If you’re in to something a little bit more ‘naughty’ then the Bacon & Kale Macaroni Cheese might be right up your street.
I seemed to think I could fit this stack of Pancakes with Strawberries, Nutella and Syrup but my waistband was already straining so I managed only a couple of bites. They were fluffy, sweet and I can’t wait to go back and save space for them.
Sometimes you just need your gal pals to put things into perspective for you.
