After a good nights rest we were raring to go for our 2nd day in Disneyland Paris.
We stayed at the Santa Fe Hotel which is in the lower price bracket but the rooms and facilities were still top quality. I am never really super bothered about hotel rooms because I never spend that much time in them.
We started the day off with some character spotting before moving onto some more rides.
Before hurrying over to the Studios for a quick look around.
I prefer the main park over the studios but it does have more of the bigger roller coasters if thats what you are into.
After meeting Mickey we thought it was only fair to pop back to the park and see Minnie as well, before grabbing a delicious passionfruit ice tea and heading back to London.
I’m already missing my second home and can’t wait to go back!

The bank holiday weekend seemed like the perfect opportunity for my sister and I to hop over to Disneyland for a few days. After a few hours on the train and quickly checking into our hotel – more on that later – we got stuck into the meet and greets starting with Thumper and Miss Bunny.
After much hugging we managed to catch the end of Goofy’s Garden Party Parade where all the characters were out in their spring outfits, before hitting up some of the rides.
I love Disneyland at spring time (check out my photos from last years visit) the extra attention to details make everything even more magical.
Before I knew it, it was time for the Disney Magic on Parade. Yes I did stake my place at the front half an hour before it started and yes I did squeal throughout.
We had worked up quite an appetite so stopped off at The Lucky Nugget a childhood favourite to refuel on some good old fashioned burgers and ice cream – calories don’t exist at Disneyland.
After some (read a lot) of shopping it was time to get a seat for the grand finale. Disney Dreams, which has to be on the most beautiful things I have ever seen.
Very tired we returned back to our hotel excited for the next day!
Check back tomorrow for day 2

A Touch of Disney Magic
Disney holds a very special place in my heart and even at the age of 22 I still love everything Disney. I recently had my room re-done and I wanted to add a little bit of Disney magic without it looking to ‘young’.
All items purchased at Disneyland Paris or at the Disney Store.

Disney on Ice
When K and I aren’t abroad on one of our Disney adventures (read about our most recent adventure here) we like to get our Disney fix closer to home and as a Christmas present she took me to see Disney on Ice at the O2.
It started with a trip to Five Guys; my first trip and I was impressed. Mainly by the huge choice of Fanta flavours I recommend Peach or Strawberry accompanied by a Little Cheeseburger.
The show was fantastic, the lifts and tricks never fail to amaze me and the added Disney magic just added to the overall experience.
Mickey and his friends present the show; how they skate in those huge costumes I do not know!
The show was full of characters including some of the lesser celebrated characters like The Incredibles and Pocahontas.
Disney on Ice happens throughout the year and with different shows each tour I would highly recommend whether young or old to get yourself a ticket and see the magic for yourself.
Don’t forget your Mickey ears!
