Ombre Hair Care

If you hadn’t noticed I got my hair done with a cheeky bit of ombre. I have been wanting to get it done for ages but what will all the acting I was doing it was a little bit difficult; however seeing as my career has changed I took the plunge and got it done and I absolutely love it.

However with bleaching comes a little bit more maintenance so I thought I would share my top three products for keeping my ombre in check. First up is the Pro:Voke Touch of Silver Brightening Shampoo with Violet Pigments. Seeing as I have such dark hair a lot of the time the bleach goes a bit orange so this shampoo twice a week sorts out any brassiness. I just picked this up in Sainsburys so if anyone has any other suggestions of more well known brands let me know in the comments.

Bleaching can really dry out the ends of you hair so the Herbal Essence Beautiful Ends split end protection cream helps lock in the moisture after a hair wash and stops it all overly drying. I have been using this for ages even before I got the ombre done and I love it. Seeing as my hair needs a lot more moisture I have been popping extra conditioner on in the form of milk_shake Conditioning Whipped Cream which again is something i’ve been using for ages but is great if your hair is needing a little more moisture like my bleached ends are.

Peace Out and Pixie Dust XO
